Uncle Deadly is a character from Jim Henson's Muppets franchise. A melodramatic theater ghost introduced as "The Phantom of the Muppet Theater" in the first season of The Muppet Show, Deadly has made a significant comeback in the years since 2011's The Muppets movie.

Description[]

Uncle Deadly is a blue dragon-like creature with sunken eyes, barb-like whiskers and a bearded snout generally seen in a worn-out suit, though his costuming tends to change. Designed by Muppet artist Michael Frith, earlier designs had a more gargoyle-like appearance with wings.

As part of the Disney Parks YouTube channel's announcement of the project, Deadly would host an interactive behind the scenes tour of four incarnations of the Mansion[2].
