The spiral hill appears in the background of the changing portrait showing Jack Skellington and Zero. This portrait can be found in the Portrait Corridor in California's mansion and in the foyer of Tokyo's mansion. A portrait in the Sinister 11 corridor shows Jack and Sally kissing atop it of the spiral hill, being hung overtop the entrance to the library.
Within the graveyard sequence, a recreation of the spiral hill appears which is made out of snow, ice and pumpkins. It is first visible when exiting the attic as large snowflakes fall in-front of it, it can be seen again with the Singing Busts in-front of it.
