Biography[]

Reginald Caine was a celebrated railroad baron, gambler and world-renowned gourmand. He became the fourth husband to the gold-digging murderer Constance Hatchaway in the year 1875 during her ascent up the social-ladder. Reginald was murdered via decapitation by Constance not long after the wedding in order to obtain his fortune.

Reginald is played by Lew Zealand in the special, with Lew presumably being selected for the part as the two characters share a ruffled collar on their outfit.

Trivia[]

At the California Haunted Mansion, the Shadow Pianist is located in Reginald Caine's portion of the Attic meaning that it is possible the characters are connected.
Reginald's area of the attic features a tiger pelt from the 2003 film and in the couple's wedding photos, he can be seen sitting in a chair from the film.
