History[]
Nothing is known about the what the Octopus' role in the Gore Mansion would have been, all that is known is that it would have appeared at the bottom of a pit in one of the rooms where it would hold a human skull alluding to it being or having been a man-killer.

A ghostly squid appears in Muppets Haunted Mansion in the Life Hereafter number alongside an aquarium of Ghost Fish and Mulch, the Muppet analogue to Frankenstein's Monster
