"Rest in peace Cousin Huet
We all know you didn't do it"
―Huet's tombstone
Cousin Huet or Huett is a member of the family which once owned the Haunted Mansion.
Description[]
Background[]
In the family plot of the Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World is a tombstone for "Cousin Huet." At Disneyland, the epitaph read as "Old Cousin Huett." Based off of the scrawling on the tombstone, it is likely that Huet died as the result of punishment for a wrong which they did not commit, possibly having been executed or having died in imprisonment.
History[]
The tombstone is a tribute to Imagineer Cliff Huet.
Appearances[]
Muppets Haunted Mansion[]

Danny Trejo as Cousin Huet
Cousin Huet is played by Danny Trejo[1]; instead of appearing from a tombstone, Huet appears in a small mausoleum covered up by iron bars to emphasize that he was wrongfully imprisoned. During Gonzo and Pepe's escape, he demands them to bring him some nachos.
