Emma was a maid who worked for Edward Gracey at Gracey Manor. Before her death, She was married to the footman, Ezra. After they died, their ghosts haunted the mansion. Eventually, the curse upon the house was broken, and Emma ascended to Heaven with the rest of the ghosts.
Emma was portrayed by Dina Spybey in the 2003 film.
